Job Description:
Assist in healthcheck camp operations, aimed at the marketing of the mobile app by handling special devices, managing crowds, filling forms, and entering data, a positive experience for participants, ensuring smooth and efficient camp activities.
Responsibilities:
● Assist in setting up the camp venue, including the placement of banners, projectors, and standees, and arranging materials and equipment for activities or events.
● Speak and explain about our product to the participants and oversee crowd management.
● Manage participant registration, collect relevant data, and accurately record participant details. Preparing reports and collecting feedback to enhance future camp events.
● Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team and manage time efficiently.
● Willingness and flexibility to travel to camp locations (within Bengaluru).
Job Description:
- Provide general accounting support
- Tracking AR and AP
Maintain Petty cash Ledger - Employee Reimbursement tracking
- Must follow the accounting or auditing process
- Preparing documents and reports as requested by the Finance manager
- Maintaining and tracking the records and documentation relating to the Finance department
Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.COM) is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
